Toproc LS is a high-performance microsilica concrete system designed to provide the lowest in-situ shrinkage possible in any ready-mixed concrete.

Utilising unique formulation techniques, Toproc LS can provide typical combination hydration and drying shrinkage values of 0.02% in-situ in internal flooring. The tenacious bonding capability of Toproc and its virtual elimination of bleeding also enable Toproc LS to be used as an excellent structural repair concrete. Its in-situ strength is typically 25-35 N/mm2 in 24 hours and 75-95 N/mm2 in 28 days.

All concretes in the Toproc range are low bleed, virtually impermeable and high strength, which provides a far higher level of durability, wear and chemical resistance than can be achieved by conventional concrete. Toproc can also be coloured.

Toproc LS is designed to be used where a reduced degree of shrinkage provides benefits to the engineer or end user of concrete.

Toproc LS is ideal for structural repairs, where its combined properties of low shrinkage, complete lack of segregation and bleeding and its tenacious bonding characteristics provide a cost-effective ready-mixed option to conventional bagged repair concretes. Toproc LS is also ideal for industrial and commercial flooring where the number of troublesome joints can be reduced, with the added benefit of an extremely wear resistant, low dust surface.
