High performance silica fume ready mixed concrete - General-purpose formulation

Toproc AA is a high performance ready-mixed concrete offering clients, specifiers and contractors solutions to a wide variety of construction requirements.

The in-situ compressive strength of Toproc AA is much higher than conventional concretes typically achieving 28-32 N/mm2 at 24 hours and 70-90 N/mm2 at 28 days.

Toproc AA is normally laid in excess of 100mm in depth. For applications requiring less than 100mm.

Toproc AA advantages

Offers high surface strength and low dust properties, which often negate the need for paint or resin surface finishes.

In-situ compressive strength is much higher than conventional concrete.

Allows the early removal and quicker turnaround of formwork, providing savings on programme time for clients and contractors.

Strength gain between 7 and 28 days in laboratory conditions is in the region of 20%.

Early strength gains often allowing following trades to access the concrete after 18 hours of casting.
